HOW TO CREATE YOUR VISION BOARD

Create your vision board and manifest your dream life. If you set up the right intentions in present tense and show the universe you have a plan your dreams come to you effortlessly.

WHAT IS A VISION BOARD?

A Vision board is a collection of pictures, images that have a meaning to you. Pictures speak louder than words and your brain can capture all the details and get you excited to take action and stay focused.

You can also add objects like flowers, little presents that you got from loved ones, souvenirs or objects related to your dream. The sky is a limit.

WHAT WILL YOU NEED TO CREATE YOUR VISION BOARD?

If you want a digital version, I recommend using the CANVA tool with amazing templates. You can then easily resize the format and download it as a screensaver for your mobile phone or laptop.

I use digital but I also print pictures out and prepare a classic vision board.

If you decide to go the classic way you can get creative with handwritten quotes, draw pictures and use watercolours.

If you are finding yourself at the crossroads and feel like you have too much on your plate, I recommend starting with 4 categories and digging deeper into strategies that can help you to get from A to B.

HOW BIG SHOULD YOUR DREAM BE?

“If you can dream it you can have it”

Dream big because EVERYTHING IS POSSIBLE. However, stay realistic because the PROBABILITY might be lower. For example, if you want to lose 10 kg a week. It is possible but the probability of doing it in a healthy and sustainable way is quite low!

You could create goals around changing habits.

“First you make habits and than the habits make you”

I use a workbook with powerful questions that help me figure out :

Where I am right now, how I got to this situation, where do I want to be, what skills or actions I need to take in order to close the gap and create my new reality.

I always remain a student and ask questions, especially in relationships. Check the book by Gary Chapman and learn to speak the love language for your family, friends, children and you can include this information on the vision boards and remind yourself daily.
