Because I would have wished to know what I know 20 years ago…


As most nutritionists do, I had a history of health issues that affected my overall wellbeing.

Since childhood, I suffered from excessive appetite & weight problems and the habits that I learned at an early age were the most difficult to break.

Since my twenties, I suffered from abdominal pain, IBS, and constant bloating and excessive farting. It had a huge impact on my social life as well as my mental and emotional wellbeing.

I remember stressing about going to the cinema because of my bloating and I was obsessing about what to eat so that I survive the night out without any faux pas.

My self-confidence and self-esteem were on the level ZERO.

I was determined to find the root cause of my gut problems and that’s where my medical marathon started. I thought it must have been some known gastrointestinal disease and medication would get me back to normal.

I wanted a quick fix to remove the symptoms but I wasn’t aware of the holistic view and the impact of food & stress on digestion.

The conventional medical approach didn’t work. I got many diagnoses and I kept swallowing every pill I was prescribed without any improvement.

I was experimenting with very restrictive diets that claimed to remove bloating, fatigue, farting, improve my skin and more.

I had an extreme obsession with raw vegan food, high fibre & superfoods, therefore consuming more fructose and healthy carbohydrates that made me even more bloated!

I was feeling hungry all the time, I had extremely low energy levels, I didn’t sleep well. I even gained more weight!

I wanted so much to lose weight so I was exercising every single day. It didn’t help either as it was increasing the cortisol levels and causing leaky gut, more bloating and extreme hunger due to hormone ghrelin.

Little did I know about hormones at that time…

In my thirties, after giving birth to two kids while renovating a house in France and having a full-time job, the situation got even worse. On top of all the gastrointestinal issues, I also developed skin issues called perioral dermatitis. Painful red rush all over my face!

I got myself into big trouble and I was on the highway to burnout.

I was only 34 years old and I was falling apart despite doing everything I could in terms of Health & Wellbeing.

Finally, I contacted a nutritional therapist Charlotte whose professional advice was life-changing for me.

She reviewed my food & mood diary, health questionnaire and blood tests in a holistic way.

Looking back it was the best investment that I have ever done. She pointed out the key mistakes that I have been doing for years that I considered “healthy” at that time.

She saved my time & money by solving my bloated belly mystery in just 60 minutes!

With her personalised advice and science-based information, I was able to heal my bloated belly, lose weight without dieting, remove skin issues, improve energy levels and finally have a good night’s sleep.

I was so amazed by the power of nutrition and the biochemical mechanisms, and hormones that have an impact on our mood, sleep, energy levels, digestion, physical performance, hunger, satiety, and concentration, the motivation that I wanted to become a nutritionist too and help other women get out of the misery.

I quit my corporate job, and at the age of 35, I enrolled on a level 6 diploma course at the College of Nutrition and Health in London.

I spent 4 years learning about the science of advanced nutrition, human metabolism and the impact of hormones & food on our Health & Wellbeing.

During my personal and professional journey, I explored all these pillars of wellbeing that I incorporated into all my nutritional programmes:

I learned that nothing works in isolation and that body & mind connection is key to mental & emotional health.

You can eat the best food on the planet but if you are under stress you will NOT  be able to digest and absorb the nutrients from food and utilize them efficiently for your cellular health and you CAN’T lose weight!

I also became a certified yoga & meditation teacher so that I can help myself and my clients find inner peace and teach them how to relax before they eat.

In 2022 I completed the hormone yoga therapy certification so that I can help women understand the period and perimenopausal drama and ease the signs and symptoms of misfiring hormones.

It took me almost 20 years to master my own Health & Wellbeing.  On this transformational journey, I was able to find my passion & purpose.

I learned the secret language of digestion and my mission is to help as many unhappy bellies to find the root cause and remove it.

I combine my academic knowledge with my personal experience of working in a busy corporate environment & juggling family life.

Time is precious so I use simple, science-based and sustainable strategies that work!
