This is a group educational programme designed to provide general nutrition and wellbeing guidance. It cannot replace personalised nutrition advice based on a detailed health questionnaire, laboratory testing, medical history, and a comprehensive one-to-one consultation.
One of the biggest reasons women don’t take action is because they think getting healthy requires hours in the kitchen, complicated meal plans, and a complete lifestyle overhaul.
Not here.
Most women spend around 1-2 hours per week watching the lessons and implementing one or two practical changes.
The videos are short and can be watched whenever it suits you, during your lunch break, while travelling, on the sofa, or with a cup of tea in the evening.
You will have access to the course for 12 months, so there is no pressure to keep up with anyone else or finish everything at once.
Live Q&A Sessions
The live sessions are optional.
Join when you can, ask questions, learn from others, and get additional support if you need it.
There is no homework, no exams, and no pressure.
The goal is progress, not perfection.
