my personal journey

From Corporate Burnout to Functional Medicine Visionary
2014, I was burned out — emotionally, physically, and spiritually.
My daughter was four and frequently ill.
Antibiotics have become part of our routine.
I managed a corporate job, a household, and two small children. And I reached a point where I thought:
“Something has to change.”

Over night success? A Journey of Science, Spirituality, and Self-Discovery
I stepped away from the corporate world, where I found myself surrounded by people who looked successful from the outside but were silently struggling.
Their lives made me pause.
That stress-filled, disconnected version of success wasn’t what I wanted.
Then came one pivotal moment.
Over lunch, a colleague asked me: “What would you do if you didn’t have to worry about money?”
Without thinking, I said:
“I’d talk about healthy food. How it can change your body and your life.”
That same night, I started researching nutrition courses.
I found BCNH — The College of Nutrition & Health in London — and something clicked. I wanted this.
A Fresh Start With No Background in Science
I had studied languages and literature.
Science wasn’t part of my world — yet.
I couldn’t explain what a cell did. But I was determined.
I spent a year studying biology, chemistry, anatomy, and physiology to pass my A-levels. I applied to BCNH and was accepted.
At the same time, I had no income.
I was raising two children alone, with two rescue dogs, and trying to make it work.
So, I trained as a yoga teacher and started teaching fitness classes—yoga, HIIT, body toning—to support us. I cycled 40 minutes to studios, earning €14 per class.
I was strong… but deeply tired.
Still, I kept going — because I could see the life I wanted taking shape.
From Passion to Profession
After graduating, I started working with my yoga students as my first nutrition clients.
I offered detailed plans, spent hours preparing, and charged very little — but the results were real.
They felt better. They sent glowing reviews.
And something inside me said: “Keep going.”
I built my business myself — no funding, agency, or shortcuts.
I taught myself websites, ads, funnels, branding, and sales.
I worked at night. I studied at weekends and used every cent I earned to keep learning.
I invested in:
- The Institute for Functional Medicine (IFM)
- Hormone Yoga Therapy
Advanced diagnostics and psychosomatic tools
My Work is the Blend of Everything I’ve Lived and Learned
Today, My Work is the Blend of Everything I’ve Lived and Learned
- I run a Swiss GmbH, and my business is VAT-registered
- I serve women worldwide in five languages
- I have a waiting list for my 360° Concierge Functional Medicine Package
- I deliver corporate wellbeing workshops, supporting professionals who are stuck in the same cycle I once was
Most importantly, I’ve been able to merge science with spirituality.
I listen to what lab results say — but I also listen to what your body, emotions, and life story are trying to tell me.
SAY GOODBYE TO DISEASE, IT'S TIME TO SHINE!
If You’re Struggling,
You’re in the Right Place
I know what it’s like to feel exhausted, bloated, emotionally flat, and unsure of who to turn to.
I’ve supported a sick child. I’ve fought for my own health.
And I’ve built a business on the belief that you deserve to feel good — and be seen in the process.
Here, there’s no quick fix.
But there is a deep, personalised approach that considers all of you — body, mind, emotions, and environment.
This is Functional Medicine.
This is your turning point.
And I’d be honoured to walk alongside you.
